On the night of the 22nd of August, while most were heading home after a long day’s work, Only The Poets fans were making their way to The Garage, on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow, to see their favourite band live in action. It’s safe to say they were in for a treat. As soon as you step into the venue, you’re hit with a feeling of nostalgia and warmth, for The Garage have once hosted concerts for Prince, Biffy Clyro and One Direction; so it feels only fitting that a band like Only The Poets headline here too.

Killer Mike, who’s been riding high after winning three Grammys in February, brought his A-game to Glasgow’s QMU on 23rd August 2024. Originally scheduled to be played at the city's O2 Academy, the gig’s shift to the more intimate venue made for an electric atmosphere, the kind that only a smaller one can offer. Despite coming from Atlanta, Mike made Glasgow feel like a second home and his passionate Scottish fanbase certainly welcomed him as one of their own.

After first seeing Noah Kahan supporting Dermot Kennedy in April 2023, it has been incredible to witness his career soar as quickly as it has but it’s not surprising in the slightest, considering the immense talent he possesses. On 20th August 2024, Birmingham’s Utilita Arena was packed to the brim as fans rapidly filled the arena to see the folk-pop musician live in the flesh, and what an exceptional night his fans were in for!
      
      Loyle Carner - SWG3 Glasgow
On the night of 15th August 2024, Loyle Carner took to the stage at Glasgow's SWG3 Galvanisers Yard, transforming the raw, urban environment into a pulsating hub of hip-hop and emotion. The location, recognised for its industrial appeal, provided the ideal setting for Carner's reflective and evocative performance. The atmosphere was electric, with followers from all walks of life eagerly anticipating a night of true creative expression.

Twin Atlantic's return to The Garage in Glasgow was nothing short of electrifying. The anticipation in the air was palpable as fans eagerly awaited the homecoming of their beloved rock band. This month, Manchester-based artist Phoebe Hall invited a select few fans to an exclusive private listening experience of their 2024 EP Stop Before It Starts. Held at Metropolis Studios in London from 6pm to 8pm, the event offered an intimate setting for 10 lucky fans and some of Phoebe’s close friends.
      
      bby’s Album Release Party At State51
Celebrating the release of their debut album 1, bby invited fans to a very limited capacity venue in East London. The band’s HQ, State51, hosted a bring-your-own-drinks party, creating an intimate atmosphere where fans could meet new people and enjoy great music. Early arrivals were even treated to a free barbecue! The BYOB policy, paired with a live DJ, encouraged guests to enjoy the summer heat in the venue's outdoor space. For a Thursday night, the turnout was incredible!
      
      Hozier at Finsbury Park
On Sunday 7th July, 45,000 fans made their way to Finsbury Park for Hozier’s sold-out headline performance as part of his Unreal Unearth Tour. The Irish singer-songwriter first found popularity in 2013 with his debut single, 'Take Me To Church'. Over 10 years later, Hozier’s third album, Unreal Unearth, is Hozier’s first UK Number 1 album.

The stage was set for an unforgettable Sunday evening at Warwick Castle and Mika delivered on every front. For those who haven’t been lucky enough to visit the castle during it’s summer events, the historic grounds are transformed into a vibrant mini-festival ground; street food and cocktail vans line the grass and offer a feast for the senses as you walk through the ticket gate.
