JAWS’ Final Show On Their Farewell Tour
JAWS delivered a charged and emotional performance at Birmingham’s O2 Institute for the final night of their farewell tour run. While the room wasn’t quite sold out, the energy more than made up for it—pints were flying from the very start, and the standing crowd threw themselves into every track, feeding off the band’s tight, no-nonsense delivery. The lighting design elevated each song, creating a visually stunning backdrop that matched the weight of the occasion.
Though there was little interaction between the band and the crowd, it was clear they were focused on delivering a set that hit hard and without distraction. While the seated section held back with some visible reservation, the rest of the room made it count. JAWS didn’t need to say much—the music did all the talking, and on a Saturday night in their hometown, it was more than enough.
